Location and breakfast, excellent, hosts were friendly and attentive, nothing too much trouble for them.

Not too much water pressure in the shower. Bed was a bit too firm for me , others may be happy though.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Insbesondere der Frühstücks- und Aufenthaltsraum sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Barnard Castle sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

When arrived made me comfortable straight away explained every thing Breakfast was delicious had choice between traditional or continental Said l would come back later in the year

Ensuite king room by the garden was spacious with good privacy as it was standalone. Clean rooms, good breakfast options. Hosts were very hospitable. Had a very pleasant 2 nights and would definitely stay again if by the area.
