USThe staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.

Room service niestety nie funkcjonował. Pokój został posprzątany i ręczniki wymienione w ostatnim dniu przed odlotem. Zeschnięte ciasto powitalne stało na stole do ostatniego dnia, kosze pełne przez cały nasz pobyt, ręczniki nie wymienione, mimo że zgodnie z standardem leżały na podłodze co jest sygnałem dla personelu o konieczności wymiany. Łazienka nie domyta co widać na zdjęciu z toaletą. Jaccuzi również niestety brudne. All inclusive bardzo ubogie tylko a'la carte. Między posiłkami tylko zimne kanapki w lodówce, owoce i jogurty. Jedynie napojów było pod dostatkiem. Personel w większości robił wszystko jakby na siłę i za karę ! Nikt nie sprzątał na plaży ani wokół hotelu. Leżaki porozrzucane byle jak. To samo z fotelami i stolikami w restauracji, która była w drugim budynku. Obsługi dużo ale nikt nic nie robił poza wyjątkami. Wszyscy stali znudzeni jakby za karę. W barze przy basenie bałagan i nie posprzątane skrzynki i kartony. Psuło to bardzo atmosferę obiecanego luksusu. Na szczęście były dwie Panie, które były bardzo sympatyczne i pomocne. Niestety reszta moim zdaniem dużo poniżej oczekiwań w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym. Mam porównanie z innymi luksusowymi hotelami na całym świecie ponieważ dużo podróżuję. Ten hotel zasługuje raczej na trzy, może na siłę cztery gwiazdki. Manager hotelu jak widać bardzo słaby. No i zdecydowanie za drogo jak na taki standard hotelu...
MFLe personnel très à l’écoute et disponible. La chambre très spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bain bien grande et moderne. Le minibar bien rempli. Les couleurs très peps. Le repas toujours très bon. Le spa excellent.

Oceanfront room decor was great! Wristband double as room key. Turndown service inconsistent & liquor in room could be tailored to guess preference. Beach should be clean more frequently. Needs entertainment. Snacks are readily available. Ice cream shop would've been nice.
GBOverall the hotel is lovely. I stayed here previously and they've added several new things, most notably the adult only side which is great. I think the overall decor, staff, location, and amenities are good. I didn't try the gym so can't comment on this. The staff are really exceptional and I'm really pleased with how they go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. It's easy access to nearby Dover Beach, but if you walk you can meet Worthington Beach and all other beaches along the way to Bridgetown.
While the restaurants are good, I wasn't a fan of Elements. I think the food here let down the overall quality. It's not a dislike per se, just that I'd rate this average quality vs what Oro and Blue Fin offer which I found was a lot better. Additionally, The room didn't have large enough drawers to put your clothes in. While some people are ok to hang clothing and live out of their suitcase, others like to use a drawer for better and easier access to do this.
SKHad an amazing stay! Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and stunning ocean views at the beach located just a short free shuttle ride from the property. Perfect place to relax—highly recommend!
Very nice, clean property with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Meals and drinks were all good at the restaurants and bars. Always ample seating at the pools, beach, and bars. Children at the resort were so well-behaved. We liked the beach, but we were very disappointed that it wasn't a particularly swimmable area. Sargassum seaweed, rough surf, broken coral, and rocks prevented us from going in the water. We went over to the Caribbean side, and it was absolutely beautiful, and we were able to swim in the calm, clear water.
