GBThe staff made this hotel and the whole holiday. Everyone was just fantastic! Food In all of the restaurants was great too. Beach service was good.
The room we were in was a little dated. We used a hospitality room to change before we left which was a little more modern so I think some rooms are better. For the money spent, it could do with a little modernising, but it didn’t spoil the trip at all.

Small beach. Very poor quality of food.
The restaurants, especially Oro, were excellent. We did not like the hard sand beach (not soft Caribbean) and very rough surf that made going in the ocean unpleasant.

No proper swimming pool that could be used for swimming. This is particularly important as the sea is rough in that area and it was not possible to swim in the sea. The downside of this hotel is the unfriendly attitude of some female staff.
