I was disappointed with this hotel before I even arrived. It started with receiving an email 2 days prior to my arrival that I was downgraded from the room that I paid for. And the room that we booked was given to someone else. To then having our door broken, the lock mechanism battery failed, having to get our room keys reprogrammed multiple times, could never get enough towels for the amount of people we had in the room, despite calling for multiple days at a time for towels. And then the quality of the food and restaurant options was not what we expected at all. Some staff members were fantastic, while others gave us eye rolls anytime we asked for something. The beach was extremely rocky and not safe for my 5 year old son to swim in. The premise was really dirty, the window sills looked like they had not been cleaned in years. the floors in our rooms were never washed, nor was the shower ever cleaned during our entire stay. There was so much more that I am not even including in here. Then the cherry on the top, was the overbilling of almost $6,000, and that was after their $3,000 "refund" for the inconvenience of our downgrade. To pay almost $40,000 and have to experience any of this was quite a shocking to say the least.
The hotel has the most friendly staff I have ever experienced.

This hotel is as bad as a 4-star hotel. When I entered the hotel, the person in desk of check-in was inexperienced. When they gave me the room, the previous person's dirty towels were in the room, and the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the room carpet was dirty. The quality of the food was very bad, and the hotel workers They often talked behind the passengers' backs and when you asked them for services, they answered angrily and begrudgingly, it is not worth the high price of this hotel and this hotel does not have any water activities or fun programs.
