Club Wyndham National Harbor

Perfect location for DC visit and for shopping, dining and sightseeing. Staff are super helpful and the resort has many amenities for both adults and kids.

This resort is in an excellent location. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby and right next door is a CVS which carries snacks and quick prep. food products. The units are well maintained and stocked with sufficient cooking and eating utensils. Maintenance staff respond quickly to calls. The 2 pools and kids game room are a definate plus.

The resort is right in the midst of the offerings of National Harbor. Our accomodations were clean and spacious.

We were given room 209 on the second floor. The first day we arrived, I noticed we i flushed the commode the garden tub would make a bubbling noise and there was an odor. We reported the issue, but the problem wasn't corrected. We were told by management that because we were on the second floor, we basically had to deal with it because there were 10 floors above us.

parking for the week is 175.00 the parking is directly across the street many of restaurants in walking distance

Location and the fact that there’s apartments available.

Staff. they sit at the front like vultures watching your every move as you come in and out, trying to COERCE you into a tour. They need customer service training and not sales training cus them trying so hard, practically begging and guilt tripping me into a tour was a real turn off. Makes me not want to even consider a tour or buying because of that. The cleaning staff is super nice though

Property, staff and amenities all 5stars! We stayed in a 2bdrm and it was perfect for our family of four. Parking directly across the street was a breeze and check in was fast. Downtown D.C was a 20-30 min drive depending on the time of day. There are sooo many things to do within a couple blocks.. restaurants, amusements, casino you name it. My wife and I plan on coming back without the kids for my 50th bday!

The facility was good and surrounding area was also nice. Good base of operations for our vacation. We got to see all that we planned.
