The Hospitality Teams make your stay worthwhile, very cordial and attend to your needs in a timely manner. The popcorn 🍿 at the lobby with the cold drink 🍹 great. We will definitely come back.

Was a good trip, great place to stay for families traveling with children.

This resort was very nice and perfectly situated in National Harbor. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath/full kitchen with a total of 6 people and it was clean, spacious, had all the amenities we needed and it was very quiet. We were on the same floor as all the activities so the kids felt like they could have some independence. The gaming, Lego and activity room we well stocked and managed. They have an indoor and outdoor pool area - one of my (2) small complaints is that they said the indoor pool was heated but it was actually freezing (not my words by my childrens), but our party still used it so no biggie. The outdoor pool is spacious with nice lounge chairs/areas, a kids pool and a hot tub. The staff for our entire trip were attentive and very friendly. The resort hosts fun adult nights like Bingo and karaoke. My other small complaint is there is no onsite restaurant or bar - but it's National Harbor so there's tons of restaurants and boutiques to visit. National Harbor also hosted a kids event that featured tennis, golf and different activities which was really fun. We're originally from the DMV but have since moved, so we come back a lot - we'll be staying here often.

Marketing pressuring to do a 90 minute session. I have a $60 charge on my credit card. I told the person the next day that my husband and I would not be able to participate. I was told a refund would be processed and that has not happened
