Please note the following pet policies for Murphy's River Lodge: - The property has limited pet-friendly rooms and they are only available upon request at the time of booking. - Dogs are the only pets allowed on the property and in pet-friendly rooms and only 2 pets are allowed per room. - There is an additional cleaning fee for pet-friendly rooms per pet, per night. Contact the property directly for pet cleaning fees. - All dogs are required to be on a leash when on the property or using the 2 designated pet areas. - All unattended dogs must be in a kennel or in a carrier - Kennels are available to rent for an additional fee per day - Guests who have dogs in non-pet-friendly rooms will be charged an additional cleaning fee on top of the cleaning fee charged for pet-friendly rooms. "Perfect Holiday Weekend Getaway"

Spacious room right on the Fall River. Easy access to the downtown shopping areas (.4 mile walk) and numerous restaurants and candy/ice cream shops. Super easy access as well to the Beaver Meadows Park entrance to RMNP. Plan on crowds and busy streets during the summer months, but the Lodge is just far enough away to make the river your only background ambience. Staff was courteous and helpful with any and all requests. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

"Great room in Estes"

The room was very clean, great location in Estes you can just walk downtown. We saw elk out our window, friendly front desk staff. Will stay again.

"Enjoyed our stay."

Enjoyed our stay. Big room was perfect for us and our dog. Room was a little worn but very clean. Location was perfect. 1/2 mile walk into the center of town and less than 20 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely stay there again.

Rustic decor; large desk; painted wall art; bathroom towel sculptures and toilet tissue stamp and tissue flower - the attention to detail made it 5 star ambiance. In room large refrigerator and microwave. A heated indoor pool was a plus for me. I was able to do my water aerobics and therapy for my torn miniscus leg. I didn't get the chance to try breakfast but I'm sure it was a plus to have it available. My family enjoyed it. We were impressed by the immediate follow up after making reservations. Text message prior to check in; and online check in. Quite unexpected for a little lodge in the mountains. If it wasn't snowing rain, I'm sure we could have enjoyed the river and patio. We made do, and left our little snowman figures and animals on the patio table. I would definetly return if ever in the area again. The values of the management are worthy of training the next generation of hotel managers. (P.S. I come from a travel tourism hospitality background)
