"Heartbreaking stay"

Hotel under renovation. Open rooms w/ construction equipment & removed door wall left unattended. Construction going on workers using guest elevators transporting heavy equipment & building materials. Open fumes & dust . Didn't close off construction sites on guest room hallway. Discourteous staff

As of July 2025, the hotel is under major construction with exposed wiring and scaffolding, in total disrepair, customer service representative lied about number of beds in room as well as availability and terrible customer service from the front desk. 0/10

Beautiful hotel/campus. Great amenities. Currently undergoing improvements/construction. Did not impact stay, though. Rooms are great. Nice, big fitness center and outside and inside pools. Breakfast buffet (included) was very nice. Highly recommend at the discounted price.

Good Morning! The stay at the Nationwide hotel was excellent the front desk was amazing. The housekeeper need to do better put more love in your cleaning. I Understand I am a housekeeper also team work make the dream work Cleanness is to Godlyness . Vacuum every time you enter a room dust do the restroom is a much and bring clean linen in at all time.

"Great place for family stay"

Fantastic stay. Beautiful grounds and nice room. Breakfast was included and was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Took a little bit to find where everything but they provided a map which was helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
