This is a really nice hotel BUT it is under major renovation. Could not access ice machine. Also, room listed microwave but our room did not have one so we had to ask the front desk to warm our food. We only asked once as it was quite inconvenient. Nails in walking area and saws and hammers going at 7:30am only feet away from our room. My understanding is our room was the first one renovated.

This was a nice property, quiet and secluded. but they are under construction and they do not go out of their way to describe what kind. their entire lobby and first and second floor roomswas under renovation and their main elevator out of commission we had to walk through an active construction zone multiple times throughout our stay . The pathway through the construction zone was full of debris we constantly had to ask for help just to get down the hallway to our room. At one point, my husband, pushing his stroller was almost ran into by a man pushing a wheelbarrow full of drywall demolition his barrel fell to the left dumping all over the floor instead of on our baby. Besides the poor communication room placement

Nice location and grounds

Renovation underway, I am sure it will be great afterwards but not so great now, too much building work

The pub is awsome the bar tender was the best. Breakfast had a large selection

Despite being under construction the facilities were clean and all employees including the contractors were beyond friendly.

Great rooms and plenty of room

WORST PLACE EVER BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE! Awful hotel, the entire hotel is under construction. All elevators closed and most entrances. Dust and chaos everywhere. Outdoor pool closed for event and indoor pool closed for mystery reason. No tables, side tables, of any sort in rooms. Mini fridge on floor, no coffee table or night stands. Tv on rollaway desk. Horrified at the conditions!!! When I called the front desk to bring up all these issues and request a room with typical conveniences they offer to “try to have maintenance find a night stands”. I’m livid I paid to stay in this dump! We travel all the time and will NEVER be back.
