Tumon Bay Capital Hotel

The agents at front desk Perfin and Manny are the best. Their appearance, the way they talk to customers so peaceful and polite. I thank them for making me feel welcomed.

The house keeping nocked on my door to ask if I extended the room.

Location was great and the view was really nice from the room.That really about sums up the good parts about the stay. The hotel only kind of reaches the bare minimum.

The beds were basically box springs on top of box springs. The mattresses were so old it didn't make much of a difference. So not a very comfortable place to sleep. The AC is also very old and needs maintenance. It worked well enough for one side of the room, but not much for the rest of the room which is important in the tropics. I saw some reviews that said you get what you paid for, but I would offer that the room is worth no more than maybe $60. If you're paying more than that it's probably not worth it for what you're paying. Next door is Guam Plaza which is similarly priced and a better deal. Also everything is printed here. Like they had to physically write down my credit card info which does not seem secure in contemporary life. I would suggest looking elsewhere unless you're looking for relatively cheap with a good location. But certainly look around for similar prices. They're probably a better deal.

location is in the heart of tumon. the view of tumon bay's major hotels on coast beautiful at night...friends who live in guam tokd me do not use tap water unless you know it's filtered except for showering or brishing teeth. room didn't have drinking water so we had to purchase bottled water for drinking. seems 2 elevators were constantly under repair because they alternated using 1 or the other while other was marked inoperable. parking easy on property but it didn't seem like there were many guests staying there. my wife and i walked to immediate area below property but street lighting non-existent until we were in main street below. too many unlit areas where criminal element could lay in wait targeting unsuspecting tourists or visitors transiting by foot...lobby area very dark but front desk always has a rep
