Tumon Bay Capital Hotel

The island flair was great at check in- the rooms are outdated and doors are breaking. Stay away from the pool! Staff is great- property has high potential. The balcony was a highlight.

The WiFi was none existent, it lacked cleanliness and certain aspects of the room were broken such as the balcony door, and the false advertising of free breakfast

Has such an amazing aura to the property. Although its glory days have passed, it remains to stand the test of time. I remember this hotel when I used to come home from the mainland throughout my teenage years. Maybe that’s why I love the property so much. Although it doesn’t have the huge corporate financial backing as its competitors, it’s still manages to keep its charm. Norwin was our agent who checked us in and he was AWESOME! Super friendly, accommodating and helpful, a true asset to the company. The location of the hotel was a HUGE plus for us as well! Right next to the malls and dining! We barely had to use our car rental. I definitely plan on coming back!

It is affordable to people like us the islanders

Most occupants, smoking or non-smoking, were accommodated on the same floor and therefore the smell of cigarettes and booze and the noisy drunks were somewhat bothering me during my stay as a non-smoker and non-alcohol user.

Strongly recommend that property management do a minor interior renovation to the rooms. Staff accommodation was great!
