Tumon Bay Capital Hotel

It was in a nice area.

The location is phenomenal! It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

The facility is old and in dire need of renovation. Part of the ceiling insulation in my room had begun to separate. The beds are old, though the linen was clean.

The quietness . Most especially the satff who provided excellent service. They really took good care of their guest.

The first room I had the shower was broken so went down to change rooms and second was much better but property is pretty old & the ac takes forever to get cold. Good if you’re on a budget.

Was great for my stay. Would rate higher but the truth is that it is just wear and tear from the years of economic challenges and competition in the area. Great location, great staff, great parking, walkable to shops, next to water park.

Worst hotel ha e ever stayed in. Will never go back. Bugs, no internet, no TV, bed springs poking through mattress, etc. Do not waste your time or money staying here.

Hotel should be closed. It should be condemed
