Sauna doesn't work

I had a very disappointing experience with after hours staff member who was a man. I called just to talk about why I am not alloted a car park since I am paying same or actually more with only one bedroom apartment compare to our other group who were also staying there . This man who picked the phone on Sunday after hours, he literally abused me from the first second he started talking loudly and very aggressive.. He did not give me any explanation and rather abused me and also threatened me to cancel my booking. I have never seen such a disrespectful person in customer services ever. However the business hours staff were always polite and they have been extremely helpful. Another thing , I needed extra bed for one night, and it should have been $35 cost as it says on their website and everywhere else , they actually charged me $60 instead and again no explanation.

Good location, nice indoor pool and spa

This unit has no air-conditioning, no secure parking, no balcony furniture, locked kitchen cupboards, tatty lounges and needs renovating. The painting makes it difficult to get to the outside pool, no signs anywhere. It should be removed from the rental pool. Way too expensive.

Was just great area and good people!

Very clean, came with dishwashing soap and washing machine powder. Happy with the apartment

On arrival the reception failed to mention how the lift works, we had to return back to the reception and ask for instructions.

The place was very nice and the staff were very welcoming that the unit were we stayed was beautiful apartment it was the perfect location and c close to everything to the shops transport and the was 2 minutes away the beach the swimming pool was beautiful great place for to stay there with family it's worth the money I'm very clean the rooms were I would stay there again it's worth the money.

It was the best place to book to stay there I had a wonderful time with my partner and my family I would stay there again and it's worth the money and the staff with friendly when you arrived oh yeah

Perfect location, private based units,

The unit was short on essentials for a weeks stay. No salt & pepper, half a chuX doesn't last a week. The complex needs to provide basic essentialS for holiday makers not just what is provided in basic motels

Perfect location to beach and shops and walking track. Excellent in house pool , spa and gym. Check in was easy with a great staff member with a lovely manner and informative. Nothing to much trouble with any staff there.
