Ein wunderbares Hotel mit toller Einrichtung, das Gesamtbild hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal sowohl am Empfang, als auch beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Unser Zimmer und auch das Bad war schön groß und komfortabel. Beim Frühstück bleiben absolut keine Wünsche offen, es gibt von allem reichlich Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Sogar ein tolles Buffet mit viel frischem Obst und Gemüse. Das Abendessen hat uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Mein Mann möchte besonders das Entrecote und die Kroketten hervorheben :-)

Den Wellnessbereich konnten wir wegen Mangel an Zeit nicht nutzen, wobei wir sicher mal eine Runde schwimmen gegangen wären, hätte es ein Schwimmerbecken gegeben :-) ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen!

Beautiful bedroom with view to Matterhorn. Most of the staff is super friendly and the dinners included were of great taste and diversity of food.

Pillows were not good but reception sorted that out for us. Our bedroom was first floor and right above the restaurant which sometimes could hear the guests. For a more expensive room I was expecting better than that.

Room for 4 was comfortable with a balcony. Jacuzzi pool was small but clean. Had multiple different types of spa rooms. The restaurant was in a great location with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Reasonable selection of food for breakfast
