Our stay at Europe Hotel & Spa was truly memorable. The room was cozy, beautifully designed, and offered stunning mountain views. I especially loved the breakfast spread — fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. The location is ideal too: close to the town center yet wonderfully peaceful. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail. From housekeeping to the front desk team, and even the staff who picked us up from the train station — everything was handled with such care and friendliness. The service, hygiene, and overall atmosphere made us feel completely at home. If we return to Zermatt, Europe Hotel & Spa will definitely be our first choice again!

Greatest recommendations to Europe Hotel! Our stay in Zermatt Europe Hotel and SPA was absolutely wonderful ! All the stuff and the owner of the hotel had showed an impeccable hospitality and provided an exceptional customer service. The hotel has a great contemporary and cozy atmosphere, and the restaurant and wellness center were another pleasant surprise to our experience. What a wonderful gem of a hotel! We stayed in the Panorama suite and had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Beautiful bathroom spaces, abundant lighting, clean, modern and cozy. I searched extensively before choosing this hotel for our visit, and I’m so glad I did. Walking around town, we felt like we had the best possible home base. Staff was so friendly. And the FOOD was incredible! We ate all over the town and mountain restaurants, and both felt the best meals by far were at Ovis, the hotel’s restaurant. Spa facility was incredible as well. This place was perfect in almost every way! Our only suggestion to management is to update the technology in the rooms. There were no USB charging stations, so we had to share our single Swiss adapter for all our devices. Also, it would be nice to have a Smart TV to allow for streaming service login as well as Bluetooth music capability. Only so

I had a wonderful stay at the Europe Hotel & Spa in Zermatt with my family. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, creating a cozy atmosphere after a day of exploring. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, helpful, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from the town center while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay in Zermatt, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting
