The room was clean. The staff was great .Amenities were good. Breakfast was great. Tiana from breakfast bar was outstanding. Hotel provided return transfers from train station .They also accommodated our early check-in request . We had great time and highly recommended this place.

마테호른이 잘 보이는 곳에 위치해 있어요. 모든 직원이 친절하고 조식이 훌륭했습니다. 레스토랑의 5코스 요리는 가성비도 좋고 맛도 있었답니다. 기차역에서 12분정도 거리인데 가는 길에 상점이 많아서 걸어가는 길이 즐겁습니다.

두개의 동으로 구성되어 있었어요. 뒤에 있는 동의 객실을 배정 받으면 큰 나무와 앞 동에 가려져서 마테호른 뷰의 방일지라도 잘 보이지 않습니다. 마테호른이 침대에서도 보일 줄 알고 예약했으나 뒤의 동의 객실이라서 생각과 달라 아쉬웠습니다. 객실을 예약한 이후에는 호텔 측에 연락을 하여 마태호른이 정면으로 보이는 앞 동으로 객실을 배정해 달라고 꼭 요청하세요.

The room is huge with 2 balconies, a large bathtub and a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast options are plenty and there are also hot eggs and bacon aside from the usual cold breakfast. The receptionist are knowledgeable about the area and gives good suggestions. They also do help to hold our luggages after we check out and delivered them to the train station for free at our requested timing.

The standard rooms do not have good views, not to mention the Matterhorn. It's very crowded so you can only see other hotels from the balconies.
