L habitació molt maca i ben decorada. Confortable. Detall de benvinguda. Toblerone i poma. Vam agafar mitja pensió Esmorzar adequat. De tot. Servei molt servicial Sopar a Ovis espectacular. Menú infantil disponible. Spa ideal per fer descans Bastant silenciós Servei de transport a l estació. Et porta un senyor portuguès molt amable. Salutacions

Et cobren l aigua del sopar. Entenc que et cobrin l aigua amb gas, l aigua natural no... ens va sorprendre. La part de l spa de sauna no poden anar els nens menors de 18 any perquè s ha d anar despullat, no veig la necessitat ja q la resta d spa es va amb banyador.

Second stay and everything again was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location, staff are lovely, and the food was outstanding. We opted for half board and it is well worth it. The spa is an added bonus on a rainy day. Definitely stay again if visiting Zermatt.

We arrived and decided rather than call for a shuttle, we would walk through town. It was a pleasant walk, and the hotel was easy to find. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. We stayed in room 122, and if I had it to do again I would ask for a different room. First, no view. but more important, since we were there in very warm weather, the only way to cool the room is to open the window to the fresh alpine air! Great! Until we listened to people talking very loudly until 2:00 am outside my window. Not sure if it was another room, another hotel, or what, but I heard every word being spoken, and laughter, etc. So I closed the windows until 2:00 am then opened them. The breakfast was very nice and elegant, and service top rate. We had drinks in the bar the night before, and it was very pleasant too (we sat on the back patio) We took a shuttle from the hotel to the train station and it was brisk and convenient. We would stay here again for sure.

Had the most fantastic week at this beautiful hotel. Fabulous breakfast and a stunning room with a Matterhorn view. The staff were superb, especially Katrin at reception - she gave us so much advice about where to go and suggested some absolutely stunning hikes and day trips. The location of the hotel is perfect, in the centre but lovely and quiet, an absolute must if you’re in zermatt

This was our final stay in Switzerland, absolutely lovely! The view from our room was an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The food was very good as well as the service, Linda was great! The front desk staff were very accommodating when we arrived a little early, this was greatly appreciated. The location of Europe Hotel was really nice for the hiking we were doing. Zermatt was really busy and we felt just far enough away from that at Europe Hotel.
