the Hotel is very good location, near the Bayrock and cheaper than common hotel in Beirut. If your children want to eat KFC, is very easy, so close from hotel. But unfortunately, there are no pool and breakfast is very limited item of food, minimalist. Staff very helpful and nice, he gave me upgrade room

Établissement bien situé à quelques pas de raouche cependant ma chambre était petite avec une vue sur un groupe de climatiseur. Elle n’était certes pas chère mais il devait s’agir des chambres destinées aux domestiques qui accompagnent les riches famille du golfe. A part cela tien a signaler le personnel est très sympathique sauf peut être celui de la réception qui est un peu prétentieux. Le voiturier est très prévenant le bagagiste adorable et prévenant

I booked 4 nights and due to last moment change in plans could not travel. As per policy the hotel should have charged for me for one night but they charged me for all 4 nights!! Not a bit bothered about stealing from people! I had booked through a leading booking website, they too are not worried about resolving this for me and keep informing me that the hotel will issue a refund which till date (2 months later) has not happened!

I m traveling almost 8 months per year and never happened i write a review, but i also feel it is better to write a review to save the others money. My friend and I booked via a company 20 nights this hotel not refundable, first day we found out it was a big mistake that we have done. Receptions are not friendly unless Magi. We start to go for job every day at 7:30 but they start breakfast at 8:30. It seems the Hotel staff do not want to help you in one team but want to destroy The hotel name purposely, what is idea behind ? Who knows! They know you will put a not proper review on trip advisor and it seems it is what they want. Room cleaners are ok , location is ok but not the other things except Magi at reception. My desk glass was cracked and they charged me extra, same happened for me at Sheraton Oran Algeria and when i informed reception they came to my room and worried about my health. I will not recommend for more than two nights.

C un hôtel sympa service correct. Mais je pense pas qui mérite 4*

You can here all the floor noises from your room, also the tiolet should be repaired.. U will pay for the valet parking several times, each employee will make u pay for him.. Bad reception.

Good i think..Need more facilities..more cafe's to stay

single room was soooo bad and the female receiptionest is helpless
