Duroy Hotel

Nice staff and helpful , I stay there to rest from jet leg and walk around there ,nice sunset with the rocks love it.

Easy Check in, Great stay, Modern Bathroom, and wifi was fast

room is small but enough for one person. its a new room with a nice bathroom. cleaned everyday. breakfast is basic and wifi was free and fast. (free for my reservation). very nice for single person business trip or someone that need somewhere to sleep.

Location is close to Hamra and Ain mrysie, Easy check in, Room is small but enough for a single person that only need the room for sleeping. Bathroom is new and clean but a bit small too. Tv was really old, but a satellite was available. The breakfast is normal and I only knew I had access to free wifi on the third day ( I think it depends on your booking since some people paid for it) But it was fast.

The hotel has a good location, Friendly staff, Rooms are much smaller than what mentioned in your site, small beds and some rooms have dirty view. Bathroom is to small as well specially showering place

There is some good and bad thing during my stay in this Hotel.. Good things is that the hotel located in Rusha 100 meter from main street. the room clean and good size. dont expect a good view. the bad things is that there is no free internet and you have to pay. the Hotel located next to construction bulding with very noisy sounds in the early morning. no pool and gym but there is a spa. i may search for another hotel next time

Restaurant staff are not friendly; the housekeeping staff is very noisy when cleaning the room next door; breakfast is the same every day, nothing different and they close breakfast buffet before closing time. Location if the hotel is fine, good wifi access.

I've been in 3 days stay with family. Hotel Location was perfect and the cleaning was also OK . The director and the majority who work at the hotel MUST be sent on a course to learn how they can serve the customer. because it is management responsibility to the real person in the real space You will never feel that you are welcome in the hotel It never keeps this as they have promised on the web for example price guarantee is no such thing.  If you have a complaint then have a problem because you're never going to have back announcement. The breakfast was bad and boring compared to the Lebanese food. I do not know who gave them permission to call this hotel as 4 stars. They were a very bad example for Lebanese tourism.

I enjoyed staying at Duroy Hotel. It is well located near Raouche, clean and have very friendly staff and reception. The only thing missing in the hotel is the free Wi-fi in the hotel (Public Place and in the rooms).

The hotel was in a great location, but not the greatest condition. The building was old and the rooms were musty (though clean). The staff were awful and couldn't seem to answer any of our questions nor could they give us proper directions to any tourist locations or restaurants. They were also quite rude when we tried to ask them for help. Also there was no room service available.
