Park Hotel Dalat

The hotel was central to the market and downtown area. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The breakfasts were ok; the same both days. Lots of Vietnamese food and few selections of other kinds. The coffee was cold.

Lovely hotel in a very good location - well within walking distance of restaurants, the lake, and the market. Service from staff was great. Room was very pretty, clean, and had a great view. Only suggestion would be to have more lighting in the bathroom - there was one very weak light bulb over the bathroom sink but none over the shower which meant that with the curtain closed, it was almost dark in the shower. I managed to bring a lamp into the bathroom which helped.

Very nice hotel with every convenience. The breakfast has a good choice. Some of the staff speak English very well. Great TV size.

Quite good hotel for the money. Front desk staff very pleasant, efficient and helpful.

Location is near to the lake and market. But the room is old and smelly...

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay :) the room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, walking distance to the night market, tons of restaurants near by and right by the lake that you can take a paddle boat out on. The breakfast also had a lot of selection for western and Vietnamese style :)

The staff was good. The room was clean. There was no in room heating and our first night was very cold. The second night was a bit better as we had an extra blanket. The third night we asked for a heater which made things better. Dalat is in the mountains and colder than most other tourist places. The hotel should be aware and work quickly to compensate. Also when we returned to the hotel, most evenings most of the lobby lights were off. This wasn't good.

Right across from the market and close to restaurants it's your typical no frills Best Western.

The hotel is in a good location an easy walk from the markets in the centre of town and close to the lake. We were able to book a car and driver for a day trip from the hotel and they also organised a taxi to the airport for a fixed price. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of western and asian dishes in elegant surroundings.

Location: good. Staff: manager and staff are very accomdating. Breakfast: OK overall, it seems to be a common issue in Vietnam is that bacon always got undercook.
