Park Hotel Dalat

Like most hotels in Da Lat, not really geared up for western tourists. Very sparse rooms and only asian breakfast. Sadly we have to report that when leaving our bags with reception for safe keeping before leaving later in day, somebody had gone through my overnight bag and stole my Kindle which was hidden at bottom of bag. Even worse was that I got no response when I contacted the hotel direct or when I made complaint with Best Western head office!

The hotel is located conveniently and the bell staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were not very clean and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. I would have moved rooms or asked for a credit but our two girls, both under three years old, had passed out on the way to the hotel and we were not about to try and move after we were showered and ready for bed. I asked if we could get a late check out at 3pm for free since we had such an awful experience with the room but they would not budge an inch.

the hotel is in more then good condition the staff where excelent, we lost the bus to dalat and we came one day later, they gave us one more night for free. Will come back

noisy hotel and poor breakfast

Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Very close to everything in Da Lat. recommend to rent a scooter not far from the hotel and see the outer sights of Da Lat. There inexpensive and worth it when considering paying a taxi, also they provide a decent map.

Big clean rooms and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast, lots of choice. Right by the lake and short walk to the market which has excellent 'street food'. And definitely go to the Crazy house whilst in Dalat. It actually is a touch crazy.

Overall we had a good stay. Upon check in we hv been free upgraded to 2 double beds room. The room service was delicious with fast delivery to your room. Location was superb with walking distance to the lake and market. There's a nice small eatery place below the hotel with seafood snack.

Its a 3 minute walk to downtown and a 10 minute walk to the 100% expat area. Anyone who says differently is lazy. The staff was top notch and the guest services ensured we got our bus pickup by calling and verifying.

Grewt location and reasonable room alsogreat shower but could be improved in cleanliness. the floor was dirty the slippers provided was wet and smelly...
