Park Hotel Dalat

It's a 3* hotel, typical Best Western chained hotel, walking distance to the night market which located in the Dalat center market/lake.

I booked this hotel in the expectation that I would have at least the Best Western standard of cleanliness and customer service. What I got was a room with a floor so dirty that my feet were coal black within minutes of walking barefoot. I cleaned the floor with a face cloth and the filth that came off was ubelievable. It was late and I was too tired to complain that night. I took photographs. The hotel is designed to allow flow of noise up the staircases and through the walls and floors. We were on the fourth floor and our doors rattled to the extreme noise of karaoke coming up from level one. We had workmen drilling in our adjoining wall at 8 o'clock at night and when we complained, all we got was smiles, apologies and no action to stop the work. The staff are very good at apologising and then doing nothing. We complained for a second time and were assured that the noise would stop in 20 mins. No it didn't. They were drilling and moving furniture around until well past 9 pm. A third angry complaint brought it to a halt. They just moved to another room to continue work over our heads.. A request to speak to the manager resulted in the duty manager high tailing it out of the hotel and disappearing down the road and the housekeeper ran away when she saw me coming to speak to her The rooms facing the lake are extremely noisy from traffic, the rooms at the back face onto a shanty town with all the noise that that produced- music, loud speaker announcements at 05.30

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the hotel is in a central area.

The overall is good... good breakfast and location... the only thing i would like is that in theirs rooms have air condition..

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two days. This was the first time we visited Dalat. Our stay was very enjoyable from the time we arrived until we left. The entire property is very well maintained. We thought the food at the hotel was very tasty. The staff was very helpful and professional. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel is really nice but it could be a lot better. The rooms are really well furnished but there is no climate control so they are very stuffy and hot even though the outside temperature can be cool. There is a gym but it's not particularly functional. Breakfast is good.

We enjoyed a three night stay here, and would definitely recommend this hotel for those wishing to explore Dalat. Rooms didn't have air conditioning but we got a fan from reception which was more than adequate. We are in the restaurant a few times & the food was lovely. We booked the countryside tour with the hotel which was an excellent day out! We found out after that we were charged $5 more than other were by booking through the hotel, but it was still a good value trip.

Location of this hotel is good, just over the bridge to Central markets. Quiet hotel, amazing breakfast buffet and outstanding service. Try the little restaurant next door, delicious BBQ seafood and meat.

Hotel looked aged but clean; staff was very helpful in every way...breakfast was awesome (the best part of our stay). The location was convenient and within walking distance to downtown.
