Park Hotel Dalat

the hotel in general is good. The staff is friendly and helpfull. the only disadvantage is no air conditioning.

This hotel is in a great location over looking the river. Only 500 m to night markets and restaurants. Rooms are nice and bed great. Breakfast is on first floor and mainly caters for the many Asian customers. We stayed 4 nights and on first day there was no Breakfast cereal so had to go buy our own. Did see some on second day but nothing on remaining days. We asked one of the waiters if he could get some and he didn’t understand what we were asking for. Also they allow smoking in the foyer outside the breakfast room and not ventilated. My husband would open the windows as the smoke would go up the nearby stairwell that lead to our room on third floor.

Well, the hotel is situated in the center of the city. I loved the located. Hotel was pretty old, rooms were okay. I didn't liked the breakfast. The equipment in the gym wasn't working at all. Staffs were helpful and smiley.

The rooms are smell, not comfortable room, shower is leaking and handle is broken....

Very good hotel and located near the lake. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast options are also good even for vegetarian. Rooms are clean and tidy. We booked through the travel company and things were in place for our late check-in.

We arrived at the Dalat Plaza Hotel in the center of the city. We got a room on the second floor and found out that there was a loud party downstairs until the middle of the night. We were awakened by the noise of her sons in the morning and we found that another building was being built next to the hotel. We had to leave the hotel for another hotel. In my opinion, it is a chutzpah that Melon rents rooms with construction nearby

What a pleasant stay. The reception staff spoke good English and checked us in quickly. The room was nice and large enough with a nice view of down town Da Lat. it was minutes away from the lake, the cathedral, bars, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel especially the many choices at breakfast and it’s old French style.

It was a great hotel, room was spacious and clean, except the floor. It was just 5 minutes walk from the markets which were really good. Lots of flowers. Staff were very mind and very helpful. The weather is fantastic.

Our stay would have been much better if it would have respected that our booking is with a child and breakfast included. We need to pay for our child's breakfast. The staff could just confirmed with Expedia to make things better for a start of our holiday.

Good comfortable room at first glance. Looks clean, but after walking around the room for awhile, the bottoms of my feet became very diry. Sweeping and mopping must happen very infrequently. No aircon, but a fan provided adequate cooling. Odor from bathroom floor vent - noral for SEA. Breakfast was decent. Overall a good stay if you overlook the dirty floor.
