Clean, comfortable, and staff was awesome

I loved everything

It is right next to the mall. There are many dining options within walking distance. Room appeared to be clean.

Our room was last renovated in the mid eighties. The bed only had a bottom sheet on it. We had to request towel and washcloths, (we were told they didn’t have any hand towels). Another trip was made to request bedding for the pullout sofa, (pillows were also unavailable). Our room a/c was a stand alone unit, vented out the window. Oh! And there was a lovey pile dog poop to greet us in the stairwell.

They ran out of breakfast food

We were not told that the AC was broken and woke up to a hot room. When I talked to the front desk in the morning, they informed me they knew they had AC issues but failed to mention that to use when we checked in.
