No AC

We stayed in a king room. Bed was comfy and couch was nice. Showers ceiling needed repairs and sink seal was broken but all of it worked. The AC was out during our stay which made the room very warm. Good breakfast. Staff seemed overwhelmed and rooms were very slow getting cleaned.

Good breakfast. Staff seemed overwhelmed and rooms were very slow getting cleaned. The lighting was all very dim. Dark throughout the hotel.

The property was in a good location was nice and clean, but the simple fact that there was no AC it was 100° in room made it miserable

The fact that there was no air-conditioning in the whole building and that it was over 100° in the room me and my family could not sleep as a waste of money

I liked the price, and location. Eazy walk to the mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

The shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty, and the bathrooms in the lobby were unclean and the water for the sink didn't work. 1 elevator was out of order. Holiday weekend, so may have been short staffed
