"It very unpleasant and for the price was ridiculous"

Location

Shower leaked non stop which made bathroom floor soaking wet, no air conditioning so had to front desk bring a portable ac unit, no face or hand towels available, the shampoo, soap and conditioner were all empty and did not work inside the shower, the pillows were very hard. The sheets were very stained.

Man laying on bench in front with privates hanging out, our room was not clean, TV channels wouldn’t change and was in a foreign language, front desk clerk couldn’t reach GM for problems or questions, moved us to a new room but didn’t have king bed
