The breakfasts with the fresh croissants daily were tremendous! The coffee was great. The terrace was wonderful. The location was tremendous!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included with the room was delicious with plenty of food choices. The area was walkable to attractions and plenty of restaurants.

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to everything in old Quebec city. Staff were nice, incredibly helpfull & ilingual Nice continental breakfast. There is no lift/elevator though, so keep that in mind.

We had a very nice stay , hotel was very clean , breakfast was very good, staff was excellent! Especially the young girl at our check in, she was very helpful !

A very small boutique hotel almost the vibe of a bed and breakfast. In a good location in Old Quebec. The room was very nice and large. The bathroom was relatively big and the shower worked great. The staff was excellent .. very helpful. There was breakfast included which was simple but good

A beautiful boutique hotel on a tree lined street in Old Quebec. Travelled with my husband and stayed a few nights which was charming and quiet, walkable to all attractions, with a nice breakfast and beautiful Terrace. Just what we needed.

Great location but with very limited parking. We had a room in the basement so pretty dark and the lighting in the bathroom was practically non-existent

My girlfriend and myself just stayed at this wonderful hotel and we had an excellent time. From the moment we checked in the hostess (Nancy) was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast each morning was very good. And you can't beat the location. This hotel is a winner.

This hotel was wonderful. Only small complaint was it took our hot water about 10-15 minutes to get hot. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay! Very attentive.

When I arrived, I had trouble with the digital key and virtual check in process. At the time there was nobody at the front desk. I except any hotel to have staff available for check in. That being said, Sophia was most helpful, courteous and came to our room to show us how to use the air conditioning controls. Also, for the price paid I was expecting daily maid service to change towels and sheets and empty garbage bins in the bathroom and bedroom areas. While it was posted on the hotel website that room cleaning was every two days and towels and sheets could be had on request, I believe daily service would be more in keeping with a hotel of this distinction. Breakfast was quite adequate in the lounge with many choices, it would have been nice to have access to the specialty coffee making machine throughout the day. Also noted that from day to day food debris and crumbs on the carpet were not vacuumed up. Over all , however the room appointments such as bedding, pillows and decor were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends for a lovely stay. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I would return again. Regards, J.L.
