Friendly, helpful, good recommendations for restaurants

Beautiful small boutique hotel no more than a 10-15 minute walk from everything. Must be comfortable with stairs as, being a historic building, there are no elevators. All staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is European style. I prefer American-style but it was tasty with the best croissants! Highly recommend.

We booked 2 “Deluxe Rooms” but when we arrived at the hotel we were given rooms that were pretty basic. We talked to another couple who stayed there the same dates in a same “Deluxe room” and theirs was not only bigger, but in better condition with some nice accents that a deluxe room suppose to have.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Sue and Nancy and several others whose name we did not catch always greeted us with a smile and were always helpful. This place is less than half the cost of the Frontenac and just a gem. There is no elevator, but they tell you that and you can choose rooms on lower levels. We chose third floor and were very happy with our room. It is a good location because you can walk to almost all of the attractions you will want to see. Try it. You will like it

The entire staff was friendly and ready to help make our experience wonderful. The boutique hotel is well appointed with lovely rooms…very inviting!!! We enjoyed our stay and our delicious breakfast! If back in Quebec in the future, we would book again!
