It was a great stay! Loved it. Friendly staff especially Sue. I knew there was no elevator and I should of asked for a lower floor. Last floor is high up. Lol. Great location!

Conveniently located, a really wonderfully friendly staff, great breakfast. Stairs but no elevator. We happened to get the third floor suite, which has a comfortable king bed, but another flight of stairs to the loft which has the open bathroom. Funky.

Our stay was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and what you’d expect in Quebec! The staff were super kind and our room was felt right at home! The bed was so very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back. The location was ideal to walk everywhere! Parking was close by and cost effective.

Though this is an ok hotel and well located it is by no means five star as others have rated it. The staff is lovely even if seemingly a bit inexperienced. The rooms are generous in size however having a sink outside the bathroom is odd and not anything that a 5 star rating would warrant. Also housekeeping is every other day. If I wanted to make my own bed I’d stay home. Again not worthy of 5-stars. Breakfast average. Machine cappuccinos and coffees. Nothing freshly brewed. A good hotel but know you’re getting 3-4 star service.

Amazing

great quiet street not far from all the action in 3 different directions. Great parking closeby reserved .Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good but repetitive. note if you are counting the stairs to your room, the first floor is 15 stairs above the checkin area, second floor is double.

It is a well maintained property and all the staff were great! Nice, helpful at the at time doing multiple things. The hotel itself is very lovely with art deco touches. And the terrace was fantastic, to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon rest after a full day of walking. Location is great!
