We didn't have AC it was broken, they offer me to refund one night for the inconvenience, still waiting, they never did, it is pretty old but charming, it is located at the old town, that was nice.

I had the pleasure of staying here when stranded due to the Air Canada strike. The place is charming, in a lovely central location, with spectacular views from its roof balconies. A substantial continental breakfast is offered with the stay: not hot but delicious croissants are made on the spot and the yogurt, cheese, boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit are plenty to fuel up for a great day. However, this is not a good choice for those who don't do well with stairs as there is no elevator and stair climbing is needed just to get to reception, as is the case in many hotels in the historic district of Quebec.

Beautiful building and interior with a great location and friendly staff. Air conditioning worked great and the room was very comfortable!

Lovely little hotel in a great spot close to everything with friendly and helpful staff and a cozy old-world atmosphere. Loved the breakfast buffet with freshly baked pastries and that we could walk to all the great places around old Québec City.

The property was very pretty. Very crowded at check in as they only had one person at the reception with many customers. The poor girl was so kind she helped carry our heavy luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. Unfortunately they did not clean the room during our 5 day, 4 night stay despite our request. The breakfast was good but very basic as they did not have cooking facilities on site. Very good coffee and croissants were served. The hotel smelled beautiful when you walked in. Many homeless people around the entrance which is always sad.

The location was convenient. Located up steep hill. Accommodations were clean. It was more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

Family trip. Great location in beautiful old town Quebec. The location is nice and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed breakfast (included) every morning with great tasting cafe latte and crunch and soft croissants. I can stay at this place if I am back.
