Lot of activities out in garden, great programs every day/evening. many restaurants to choose from. Amazing steak restaurant.

Not too clean bathroom

We love the location and the pool area is large.

The rooms are getting very tired and need a refurbishment especially the bathrooms.

The most amazing and relaxing massage hI've ad in my life. So wonderful, was out of this world! We are here for another week so I will be going to again Ask for Juli! She is incredible 👏🌟

We've stayed at the Kartika Discovery several times in the past. The breakfast buffet and a la carte dishes were excellent. I enjoyed the wide variety of food including the Indian dishes. The pool was well managed. The room was clean though the bathroom is somewhat dated & can use a bit of sprucing up. During my 3 days stay, I and another guest observed (he observed longer than just 3 days since he had been at the hotel for 2 weeks) that there were some guests who decided not to adhere to the pool area guidelines. When reminded, the SAID GUESTS pulled the "I know the General Manager (Sr. Louis) card" indicating that they have preferential treatment. This behaviour implies discrimination, and definitely giving no respect to the staff who simply try to do its job. I did ask to meet with Sr. Louis to express my observation but he was too busy, I was met instead by Bapak Jon & Ibu Chandra. They told me they will speak to the staff. The staff has done its job correctly, courteously and professionally; it is the SAID GUESTS that need to be reminded not fling their personal relationship with the GM willy-nilly! It is definitely not a good reflection on Sr. Louis and the entire staff of Kartika Discovery.
