일단 위치가 너무 좋아서 아침 산책하기도 공항서 이동하기도 밥먹으러 가기도좋아요~ 아이들 수영장도 매일 가고 만족도 최상입니다!

"가족여행 후기"

2박3일 가족 여행. 섭지코지와 성산일출봉 근처 숙소로 자연 경관을 즐기기에 좋은 장소입니다. 미술관을 포함한 외부 산책로는 훌륭했습니다. 숙소 시설은 노후화가 있고, 호텔 투숙이 어려운 여러명의 가족여행을 감안하면 평범한 수준으로 느껴졌습니다. 1일 2회 중앙난방 구조라서 그런지 체크인 시 바닥이 차가울 정도로 추웠고, 화장실 역시 난방이 잘 되지 않아 하루 종일 추웠습니다. 편안한 숙소를 원하시는 분들은 호텔 이용을 고려하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

"주변에 볼만한 구경거리가 도보 거리라 좋아요."

오래된 건물이기에 시각적인 면은 좀 떨어지지만 이용하는데는 아무런 불편함이 없습니다. 주변에 볼만한 구경거리가 도보 거리이므로 너무 좋습니다. "로얄 오션뷰" 선택했지만 옆동내가 다 볼 것 같아서 커튼을 치고 보냈어요. (속상) 결론은 좀 저렴한 방 선택하고 주변 구경 실컷 하세요.

일단 이 숙소는 섭지코지에 있다는 것 자체로 엄청 먹고들어 가는것 같아요. 위치선정은 끝내주지만 서비스는 엉망입니다. 직원들이 불친절한건 아니지만.. 단적인 예로 올데이 라운지 이용하는데 과일에 벌레가 잔뜩 꼬이는데도 덮개 하나 없더군요. 여러 불만은 많지만 적지 않겠습니다. 섭지코지 쪽에 좋은 호텔이 좀더 들어왔으면 좋겠네요

아이들과 방문했는데 위치가 좋은 편입니다 자연친화적 숙소 바로 옆 염소를 키워서 아이들이 엄청 좋아함 수영장이 초등 가족들에게 최고 였습니다 단점 일단 오래된 느낌이고 일부벽지 벗겨져있습니다 서비스는 내용전달이 잘 안된건지 직원들 실수로 얘들이 저녁에 놀라는 일 생겼어요 조식은 기대할 정도는 아니고 보통이며 전체적으로 제주도 숙박하고 있구나를 매일 느낄수 있음
