La ubicación y el personal que nos ayudó lo que pudo con el tema del aparcamiento

Lo peor sin duda es el aparcamiento. En booking indica parking gratis (es cierto que es gratis) pero puede ser a 15/20 minutos andando del hotel. Realmente es imposible aparcar. Booking debería dejarlo claro, para mí es un fallo más de la plataforma que del hotel

A good value in a semi premium class for a resort town sort of setting and surrounding area. Facility has some wear over the decades if you look closely (as many places do), but it proved a solid choice. Well located in old town and still possible to park. Hit and miss nearby (and free), but they also have a remote lot well above on hill with lots of space. Staff was small, consistent and always attentive.

The location was great, close to the old town and the port.

There is no parking so it is a challenge loading and unloading luggage. When we got there the staff proceeded to tell us that there was no wifi access in the rooms which was a major issue as I was travelling both for work and pleasure. No real ammenities in the rooms. Breakfast was very average. What I would say is that when hotels are charging premium prices for location, they need to back this up with a premium offer. If you keep your hotel open post the bust peak season, then all guests should have access to the same levels as those who stay in the hotel during peak periods. Disappointing.
