המלון מאוד ישן ומתוחזק ברמה ירודה הוא אמנם ממוקם במקום טוב אבל הוא לא יותר מ 3 כוכבים !!! ארוחת בוקר מאוד עלובה , אין זרם מים , לא היו לנו מים במשך יום אחד , הריהוט מאוד ישן ומתוחזק נורא .

No WiFi except in lobby. We could not answer and download our business emails. Lobby intranet poor. Gave poor excuses. Secondly, A/C was intermittently working in room. Bed uncomfortable and poor breakfast. Seemed like place empty in July. We left two days early. Made no effort to refund us the two days prepaid.

Hotel Amphitryon is a classic well designed hotel in Nafplion with picturesque views of the port. When first constructed 25 years ago it was really unique but now with many new boutique hotels around needs an urgent renovation or to lower its extravagant prices for what it provides as it is now. The rooms are small, functional but look tired bed is really bad for sensitive backs. Breakfast room is pleasant and has sufficient variety but still everything is plain and for the most part tasteless. Overall classic but resigned in all except the high price!

The view was stunning, the stuff was very helpful and the overall stay was very very satisfying.

On the other hand, the property could maybe touch up a bit the room for signs of wear and tear.

Only good thing was the view and the location

- No wifi. - Not a good value for the price they are asking. - Very out dated and does not match the photos provided online (the photos show everything being new in the rooms) looks like AI generated images. - More like a 3 star rather than 5. - The water from the bathtub was yellow. - The fridge was hot and only for show, everything in the mini bar was hot. - The lift is from a horror movie, it has not been updated since 2002. - I feel like the property has a lot of potential but for that to happen they will need to provide a lot more love and care to their property and a well deserved renovation. Everything in the room/property is 20 years old. - Lucky we were only staying for a night or else I would have changed hotels. - The beds were so uncomfortable. - No parking (falsely advertised). - We did not even bother to try breakfast and wanted to checkout as soon as possible.

The view was spectacular The staff at the sister hotel was very nice.

It looked like lt was breaking down or ready for sale. No wifi. They don’t provide you with water. The bedspread was white and had blood stains on it. Everything felt cheap compared to all the other hotels we went to throughout Greece but the price was very high
