Lots to like; the staff was WONDERFUL, extremely helpful! I booked a large suite (2 bedroom, 3 full bath!) that was modern, clean & lovely, but could have used another air conditioning unit, my only feedback!

Ramon, our chef, is exceptionally talented. Every meal was a gourmet feast. I asked him for recommendations for what type of meals to eat, and everything he prepared was delicious and healthy! He was a tremendous host and very flexible when it came to unexpected changes in our plans. I asked for a specific Mexican dish that he had never prepared, and it came out better than what I had in mind! The concierge staff was also extremely helpful and attentive. The location is literally perfect. The beach is all white sand and not in downtown PVR, which means it was practically empty. The cleaning crew was thorough and fast.

we stayed at villa azul for a big birthday celebration and it was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. irvin and alberto took such amazing care of us… the service and food was truly perfection. from the incredible daily meals - tacos, seafood, INSANE calamari, margaritas, and the out-of-this-world guacamole - everything was thoughtful and delicious. the house was spotless with each room cleaned daily, and the views were absolutely unmatched. we caught the most unreal sunsets every evening. the pool on the main floor became our favorite hangout… the perfect gathering spot for our whole group of family and friends. can’t recommend this place enough. we’d recommend in a heartbeat and we are already planning our next trip back.

There is no ceiling fan in the lounge which makes it very hot wifi is non existent outside is the only place it works and for three evenings we did not have any hot water

The staff were amazing! The place was so beautiful and our rooms were cozy. Plenty of space to have a massage or a private yoga session

This villa was AMAZING. It was even more stunning in person than in the photos. It was clean, great location, and great staff/service. The food was delicious and they accommodated to everyone’s food allergies/preferences. I will 100% stay here again next time I come to Puerta Vallarta.
