"Poor advert about hidden cost and the additional £200 the hotel take from you when booking in."

Excellent lovely buildings and land plus the facilities

We didn'tsee anything in the advert for cost of room service and extra cost for dog to stay. We didn't see any mention of Free use of the gym, swimming pool etc.. this was mentioned upon booking in.

Our fridge in our room did. It work and even though we complained and were there for two nights was not fixed
