Ellenborough Park

Ellenborough Hotel experience was first class from when we arrived until we left. The room was ready for early check in. All the staff were amazing extremely professional and helpful. The food was incredible as we had a family buffet with bar facilities. Swimming pool was heated for an early morning swim and spa is lovely too! Highly recommend the Hotel. As a family we will definitely be returning! Thank you.

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our 15th anniversary. We're a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Marco took the time to find us 2 rooms that next door to each other so the children weren't down the corridor. The hotel is beautiful and our rooms were clean. Warn and welcoming. We dined in the two restaurants and both menus were fantastic, both nights we had exceptional food and completely different experiences so we had no need to find restaurants in town. The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds with Bourton on the water about 1/2 hr away. The lounge area is perfect for pre-dinner drinks and for rainy days, there are plenty of board games to keep the kids busy. Truly a wonderful stay with great hospitality. Thank you.all.

Great Sunday lunch with great staff and beautiful wood panelled room.

Lovely relaxed lunch in the courtyard outside the horse box brasserie. Made extra special by David’s kind gesture for my wife’s birthday. Food and service great as always.

A beautiful property in landscaped gardens overlooking the fabulous Prestbury Park Racecourse. All the front of house staff are excellent, and housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms spotless. The Hotel oozes tradition and character but has all the modern conveniences expected of a 5 star hotel. The pool and spa area are excellent, the only recommendation would be to slightly lower the pool temperature to around 25/6 degrees, particularly on warm days. We had a lovely lunch on the Horse Box Terrace and breakfast is delicious in the beautiful wood panelled room with views. We will return for Literature Festival next time, the 30th Jazz Festival was fabulous!

Not luxury tired and worn interior not what you expect from 5 star

We had the most wonderful Easter stay at Ellenborough Park. We stayed in The Lodge and everything about the hotel was simply perfect. Returning after 10 years, this time with our children, made it even more special. The heated pool is amazing, the dining was exceptional, and the kids’ menu was thoughtful and well done. The lodge itself was pristine and beautifully maintained. A special mention to Marco, the Reservations Manager, who was fantastic. He made our stay extra special and his kindness to us will not be forgotten. Thank you for such a memorable stay, we will definitely be back!
