I was celebrating my birthday in such a beautiful and historical place ( I got an amazing and delicious birthday cake made by Ellenborough Park ) & staff were so amazing !! Special shoutout to mr Kevin for being so kind, helpful and attentive during our stay !! and for the rest of the lovely team: Eniko, Jordan, Max, Frazer and Iuliana. We will definitely be back! ♥️

"Intimate hen do"

Wonderful stay ,all the staff were wonderful, helpful and respectful. The two young gentleman on reception were so kind and nice. It really made our weekend.

"Lovely one night stay"

We had such a lovely overnight stay . All staff amazing and so lovely . We had a good evening meal and breakfast . Daughter had amazing back / facial in the spa. The spa is lovely however the facilities like sauna and steam room although nice are not in a large area . Thankfully It wasn’t busy so we could walk around comfortably . The relaxation area is nice and drinks hot or cold were offered . We would definitely return as it was fabulous .

"Lovely until the lunch on Monday which was meant to be a treat but which one rude waiter rather spoiled"

Very comfortable and an excellent team on duty on Sunday. Everyone was helpful and it was all good.

The waiting staff on Monday were poor. Our waiter was sarcastic and almost rude to my nearly 90 parents who joined us for lunch as a treat. The food was fine but took too long to come and people were getting very frustrated. The raspberry sorbet was inedible.

The Ellenborough Hotel staff and facilities were excellent! A comfortable stay made effortless. We enjoyed our 2 night stay in our very comfortable room, surrounding walks and spa facilities made for a very relaxing few days! Above all- the staff were excellent, attentive and helpful!
