Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and made to feel right at home. The hotel grounds are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day. The all-inclusive food was absolutely amazing—there was a huge variety of delicious, fresh dishes, and every day we had the chance to try something new. A special thank you to the entire staff for being so kind, attentive, and always willing to help. You truly made our vacation relaxing and unforgettable. The entertainment was fantastic for both adults and children, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was friendly and welcoming. We really didn’t want to leave! Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful holiday and so many beautiful memories. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family! 🌴☀️💙

On était logé au rés de chaussée et vu la chaleur la porte balcon restait ouvert et la un chariot de cuisine qui passe à 23 h et avant 6 h du matin vous réveille avec un bruit assourdissant. Conseil faudrait changer les roues avec des pneu

Just returned from neptuno beach,what an amazing time we had. The staff were very polite and efficient, the hotel is small compared to some, but has everything that you require and immaculately clean and modern,but the best part was the food,we have done a few all inclusive holidays and this was one of the best, lots of options and great quality. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone to look at this for a great holiday. I would like to point out that there were a few English people, but mainly Europeans from many different locations, but didn't affect our holiday at all,thank you all the staff at neptun beach 👏👏😁

We are just back from an amazing week at Neptune beach, it was our 3rd visit the first being 20 years ago! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the pool but it was well looked after. The room we had 302 was great an amazing sea view. Food was delicious and freshly cooked, The staff at the hotel were welcoming and greeted you every time they met you. The drinks from the bar were good. Entertainment at night was very good and involved all nationalities, Having the beach a few steps away was fantastic and was also very well looked after. Lovely little resort with shops a short walk away. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in when holidaying in Crete. We will definitely return.

During our stay at the resort, the highlight of our evenings was definitely the 2-hour hotel resident dj party was handling the entertainment, and the DJ was absolutely incredible! ​Even though it was a short 2-hour set, the music and the energy were top-notch. The DJ knew exactly how to read the international crowd of the hotel, playing a perfect mix that got everyone moving. The sound system and the lighting setup created an amazing party atmosphere right by the pool. ​It’s rare to find such high-quality professional DJ services inside a hotel program. If you are staying at a venue in Crete that partners with Dj show for their guest events, you are in for a fantastic night!"
