"Just ok"

The location and place was good.

We had a power off situation in the morning. We tried calling the staff and the owner at least 5 times. No one responded. Nothing other than the tv was working. We were very hopeless and disappointing.

"Would not recommend this property to stay!!"

It did take for ever to access the room, the bath had long black hairs in the tub. The day of leaving had an early start, 6am, not sure if the electric has a timer but had to shower with iPhone torch, not only is this ridiculous but dangerous too. the couple in the room next to us were clearly on an early start too...no electric. The beds had more bumps in the mattress than the mountains surrounding.

"Convenient and comfortable stay in lake tepako close to all the facilities."

Well situated a five minute walk from the shops and the shore of the lake. Clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

Self check-in system means there is no human interface. The bathroom had a strange smell but I’m sure this could be easily remedied.

Size of room, location and facilities

There were no staff. Just didn't see anyone. Very strange.
