Loved the room, nice and large and very well decorated and clean as.

Room was clean. Bathroom modern and spacious. Easy self checkin. Good location

Bedroom was cosy and mostly comfortable

Bathroom set up was awkward. Outdoor space wasn't relaxing as hoped because neighbors were right on top of each other and lacked privacy.

The room was extremely smelly, likely due to mould and the smell didn’t go away. On top of that, there was no heating, and the bathroom heater didn’t work, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The room was dirty and not cosy at all. There was extremely a lot of dust everywhere, and we found hairs on the floor and even in the bed, which was really unpleasant and unacceptable. We were lucky to have a private bathroom inside our room. Self check-in was okay, but the overall experience felt strange because we didn’t see any staff during the entire stay. The front door also didn’t seem locked at night, which didn’t feel safe. We paid 400 NZD for one night, which is totally overpriced for this standard. We were very happy we stayed only one night and would not return.

The location and view were nice.

We had the room with the detached private bathroom. That was a bit inconvenient. Although it was made clear when booking.
