Alles sehr gut. Die Lage mitten im Dschungel ist unglaublich beeindruckend.

Es gab eine Zimmerverwechslung, so dass wir die erste Nacht und den ersten Tag bis um 15.00 nicht unser gebuchtes Zimmer hatten. Die Differenz wurde uns jedoch nachträglich vergütet. Das gebuchte Zimmer war wunderbar.

Unglaublich schöne Lodge mitten im Amazonas Gebiet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Schon im Bus von mir mit einer liebevoll zubereiten Mahlzeit empfangen, das Essen in der Lodge selber wirklich bestens. Mehrmals am Tag kleine und größere Ausflüge und Expeditionen. Eduson unser Guide wirklich immer mit vollem Herzen dabei, hat uns sehr vieles gezeigt und hatte für jeden ein offenes Ohr. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Too short of a stay

Me encaró el personal, el lugar era de ensueño dentro de la selva.

Hacía mucha humedad, y no había intimidad entre las habitaciones. Nosotros respetamos todos lo que se nos pidió para la seguridad de la fauna y el refugio, pero la última noche llegaron un grupo grande y a las 10 de la noche nos despertaron sus ruidos, voces y su mal comportamiento y nadie le dijo nada.

All inclusive experience, very well staffed, clean, good facilities, in a unique setting, very special. Staff guide was very helpful, tailored to our preferences.

Our guides Carmen and Jemfry were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Also extremely flexible and attentive to guests' needs. There is so much wildlife and biodiversity in the area, and you can learn all about the conservation projects they are running. Food was top notch.

The rooms in the lodges have netting and no closed ceilings, so you can hear everything in the next room. It could help if guests with children are placed in the same area. There was also some work going on too, so we were not always able to listen to the sounds of the jungle during downtime. The high price tag! However, an experience like this cannot be offered on the cheap, and I assume the money you spend helps support rainforest conservation...
