Mansfield House Hotel

The room upgrade. Apparently we were upgraded because it made it easier for the staff - only too pleased to help... EVERY member of staff was so helpful - pleasant and the property was in good order too. A must stay if within your budget.

Nothing other than empty pill packets in draws..........

The room was lovely very clean and comfortable

Not much choice of breakfast for a vegetarian. Towels were very small

Friendly staff. Nice Ambience. Excellent breakfast. Stayed here several times before and will do so again

The unpainted, unmarked, traffic humps on drive up to the hotel. Not easily seen in the dark and not good for ones car

Beautiful setting with deer in the garden . Room was perfect

Only slight issue was the shower didn’t have much pressure but that was only slight thing

Excellent to have Nespresso in the room. I'm a sucker for kippers. Only suggestion: one would be fine, not two of them, and I prefer the traditional kipper, grilled with butter (hotels shy from this because of the cooking smell.

The beds were really comfortable and the staff were great. The food was also really good for dinner and breakfast.

There was nothing I did not like, the only thing worth noting is the entrance was not the easiest to find the first time I got their as my sat nav took me further up the street but that might just be me!
