Mansfield House Hotel

From arrival to departure, staff were bright and helpful. Rooms were immaculate, food was fabulous, and the atmosphere was great.

Breakfast was excellent. The decoration of the hotel is fabulous, it's a truly lovely place. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and very professional.

Breakfast was until 9.00am and we would have preferred until 10.00am but this was a minor issue made up for by the excellent food and service.

Een grote tegenvaller was het uitzicht. Op de website staat dat alle kamers uitzicht op de tuin hebben. Wat er niet bij staat dat dit ook een grindpad kan zijn. Er zijn kamers in het sousterrain van het hotel met ramen op grond hoogte. Dit was voor ons een grote teleurstelling. Gevraagd of we konden wisselen van kamer, dat ging helaas niet. Verder was het een prima hotel, vriendelijke personeel en heerlijk eten.

Breakfast was very good. The location was nice and in a quiet setting.

The toilet seat and the shower control were broken. The room smelled a little 'mouldy'

I’ve stayed there on multiple occasions and I love the place and the staff are amazing.

Staff were very nice and the food was lovely. Would be happy to stay again as long I v c old choose my room.

Room 4 had a banging noise in the ceiling (possibly plumbing) through the night . The other couple that stayed in room 8 did not notice any unusual noises.
