"Wonderful visit"

We spent New Year’s Eve here for a meal for 9 of us. 2 couples were staying the night in the hotel. From the start the staff were fantastic two of the party were limited disability but no issues at all. Food was good pipping hot with a good selection. Staff very attentive and good fun. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Family said it was excellent value for money well done Mathew and the team will definitely be back for a meal

"One night at a gloriously impressive mansion."

A lovely, lovely old house. Plenty of space, hot water, bath, glorious breakfast. Great bed, good central heating.

Perhaps for some a bit of a walk into the town, 15 mins? The winding entrance road was also the pedestrian path(I think) so be aware of cars. Uphill on your return, not too well lit. Bar prices!!!
