Clean, big and comfortable. Location is great within old Montreal all tourist attractions is within 15 minutes walking distances. Only 5 small parking spaces and hard to park.

The property is in a great location; very close to the Basillica and in easy reach of subway, restaurants and bars. The front of the property faces the street so any bedrooms on the front are noisy.

This properties location was excellent. The AC didn't get cooler than 19 degrees, the toilet seat wasn't connected and kept falling off of the commode, a request for towels and washcloths was made and we only got additional towels. we stayed for three days and upon check-in, the person who runs the facility came and asked if they could come into our room and said he needed to "check" something. At thatbtime i asked for a late check-out. There was no consideration at all, he said no, imedietely and left our room.

Check in procedure was difficult. We were given an incorrect keypad code and no instructions on where to park even after calling to confirm a parking spot. The number provided was out of service and the only way we were able to get into our room to find an alternate number is because the key pad was unlocked when we arrived.

The property itself was in a great part of town. It is very large, and was very nice. The business is not run well, and put a bad stamp on an otherwise wonderful trip to Montreal.

"Hidden gem in old Montreal"

Excellent location in the heart of old Montreal. We found the 2 bedroom condo with the HUGE living room and kitchen to be a terrific value for the money.

my apartment was very large and comfortable. when the receptionist was there she was very nice and helpful. Very convenient location. would highly recommend the BOUTIQUE HOTEL SAINT FRANCOIS XAVIER.

"Great location"

Great apartment style hotel and could not be in a better location. My only complaint was that the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable, and the sofa bed was not a good alternative. But it was a huge space that was comfy to relax in.
