This place is in exactly the right spot. It was clean an spacious. The staff was friendly. We loved it and plan to return next year.

Absolutely amazing property in the heart of Old Montreal! The apartment that I had was spacious equipped with all the appliances I would expect, such as stove, washer, dryer and even had two bathrooms. I really loved the ease of the check in process and even the communication from the staff. I would definitely stay here again. Please keep in mind if you have a car it may be difficult to find parking spots and it ranges around $22-$30 a day.

This property is in a terrific location. The management is responsive to phone calls. Unfortunately the property is very poorly maintained. We stayed in the garden view suite with the pool table. The table was barely standing. Thank goodness our kids were respectful of that or someone may have gotten hurt had it collapsed. Had we not been there for five nights, I would not have gone to the effort of cabbing to only billiards store in town to buy a cue-tip maintenance kit to fix the broken cues. I took matters into my own hands based on reviews I read knowing full well the management wouldn't get to it. Half the lights in the place were burned out or broken (including above the pool table). Everything is from Ikea so it's cheap and not meant for heavy rental use. The kitchen is very well equip. The living room areas are very spacious as were the bedrooms. Several of the in-floor thermostats and the forced air system were inoperable. No effort was made by management to correct any of these issues. Thus, cold air kept flowing from the vents. The downstairs shower had poor water pressure and the truly memorable part of our stay (in a bad way) was the dank smell of sewage in the entire apartment. We had to buy a candle and incense to mask the stink. My guess is a poor seal in some plumbing or an ejector pump somewhere. The property stands out for the space and location but the owners are cheap and it shows. In the words of another review: It's a shame to reward such incompetence.

Our suite was amazing BUT I could not communicate with ANYONE before our stay regarding access or even if our payment had been received. When we arrived it was initially difficult to find anyone to let us in. The phone on the outside of the property had a # to call but it was busy and we were told to try again later. Fortunately, someone came to the door relatively quickly.

The hotel is well located and in reasonable good condition but desperately needs capital investment, mostly in furniture and equipment. It still looks ok but ther are clear indications the last remodeling occured some time ago. There is no concierge so be sure you get your access codes before arriving at the hotel. The room was not clean. Just as an example, we could spot white dog hair everywhere. Also, it was weird that we had to bring down our trash. We did not mind but a normal hotel would have a maid to do that.

This is a very mixed review. Check in was terrible. We had called ahead to book a parking space and were assured there was plenty of availability and a reservation was not necessary. However, non were available when we arrived. We were provided with the wrong door code for check in so although we could gain access to the building, we could not get into our apartment (we were not the only ones) so we were stranded in the corridor with a toddler after a long journey awaiting assistance. As this hotel is not manned we called the phone number associated with the property, no one answered - we left multiple messages, these were not answered. After an hour we called Expedia who were more helpful and were looking to relocate us for the night. While on the phone to Expedia a representative from the hotel finally arrived and explained they had changed the door codes and failed to update us. At least we were in. The apartment itself was as pictured. Large, nicely furnished, finished to a good standard, had all the amenities you would need for a self catered stay, centrally located in Old Town and clean. However, we were in an apartment where the rooms looked out over St Francois Xavier St and the road noise from traffic disturbed both of us (my husband is a heavy sleeper) all night, and both slept terribly. If you choose an apartment that overlooks a quieter st and call to check the check in code ahead of time, the apartments are nice. However, we will not be returning.

The room was amazing! So spacious, clean and I could enjoy Netflix and YouTube as much as I like. Also they have kitchen and refrigerator as well!!

Beautiful place located in the old town.. close to everything

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was large, nicely furnished, and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern and clean. BAD. biggest issue is that we were supposed to have a larger condo, one with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We were told just a few days before our vacation that that room had an air conditioner leak and we would be given an upgrade to another room. We were of course, but it was a downgrade; it was two rooms, one bathroom. This was an inconvenience as we had four people with us, and needed a second bathroom/bedroom. Also, we were never compensated for having the room downgraded. Essentially we paid for more than we got. Second, the “parking-lot” was really just an alley described as a lot. It was difficult to maneuver any size vehicle in and out, especially when the trash was put out, or other cars were parked in the actual entry way or at the back door. While we were there, another guest (in a small car), couldn’t even get into his vehicle, because the spaces were so narrow. Next, I think it would be nice to advise guests that there is a bar on the street, we were woken up at 3:00am to drunks yelling and fighting. When we arrived, the front door was wide open, the washing machine was full of towels, still soaking in water. Since it was not our responsibility to take care of this, we were unable to use it. Basically we feel that we did not get what we paid for and will not return here for our annualtrip
