Best pint of Neck oil I’ve had. Nice location

Very tired and not clean. The owners have not done any kind of maintenance or upkeep substandard cleaning. We were told breakfast was included. We booked this for 9am. When we arrived for breakfast no staff where there and doors were locked.

We did not use the pub facilities so cannot comment. Little put off when we saw someone, looked like chef come from behind the caravan in the car park. Was value for money we came to see Take That in Coventry

We didn't realise the rooms not in the main pub but it wasn't a problem. The room cleanliness needed attention to detail. Big cobweb in the bathroom around the light and lots of dust at side of bed.

Comfortable bed, clean room, fluffy towels and a superb full English breakfast in the morning.

The welcome was lovely. We were shown our rooms and they were far beyond expectations. The setting was beautiful and we had a delicious dinner. The rooms are all individually decorated and very well maintained. Loved the touch of a real baby bottle of milk for our rooms.

Nice atmosphere, good pub food, high shower head (good for tall people).

Breakfast started late, toilet seat didn't stay upright.

Location was excellent for my needs, everything was clean. The staff were friendly.

The toilet seat was broken. The evening meal was adequate (my first shoice wasn't available and my second choice, a burger, was overcooked and dry), the 'takeaway breakfast' (since I had to leave before 8am) was inadequate - I was given cereal but no milk, bowl or spoon, a yoghurt - fortunately my room had a 'fridge so I was able to keep it cold overnigt, two pastries (wich were nice), and no drink. As I don't drink tea or coffee (wich was provided in the room), I had my breakfast with water.

Good value with a good menu and honest food.

Poor guy at breakfast a bit stretched but it was decent when you got it.

Comfortable beds, quiet village location, parking, fan provided in the room as it was hot.

Staff had to be called on the emergency number as no one showed up to serve breakfast. Breakfast was advertised to be served between 8-10am but no one had appeared by 8:35. Once they came down, it was another 45 minutes before it was served. I asked if I needed to book breakfast the day before and was told 'no', as they were fully booked. This was annoying as we weren't able to get on with our day as we were hanging around waiting for staff. The room could have been cleaner, so many ornaments to dust meant that it wasn't cleaned to the best standard. Cleaning equipment was left outside our door all night and was not a great first impression. Generally feeling in need of a bit of tlc.
