Penny was so accommodating & made a delicious breakfast. Her parfait was a lovely addition. Plenty of fresh fruit on offer too. The room had everything needed to make the stay enjoyable (hair dryer, ironing board, iron, shower gel, etc)Our room was spotlessly clean. Great location & parking wasn’t a problem as we travelled by train. Penny does make this clear when booking and offers plenty of information to help you park if needed. We are planning to return in the future.

Breakfast was fine, location was good.

Parking was an issue so Parking permits would have been useful.

Such a friendly host penny couldn't do enough for you, breakfast freashly cooked, with extra if you wanted, was able to leave luggage until we got our train, would definitely go there again.

Only thing the room was small but only slept in it so not a problem for us.

Nice friendly little B&B well placed for the beach and town. Clean and well equipped, host jovial and happy to please.

Loved this place. Excellent hospitality. Penny is the best . Great breakfast! Would love to go back there and stay longer next time . We only had three nights.

The rooms had everything we needed clean and the bed very comfortable the location was perfect everything near by shops restaurants cafe and beach great breakfast and the host penny was was the best went out of her way no mater what you wanted very friendly we will return soon

Nothing

Everything was great! Penny is friendly and a wonderful host. Everything you need is catered for in your room. You can choose your breakfast. Full English or a selection of fruit, cereal, juice, home made puree etc. Nothing is an issue with Penny. As soon as we arrived Penny found a place for Dad's wheelchair. We will come back.

I found Penny to be extremely accommodating, making us feel very welcome for the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was most enjoyable with plenty of choice on offer. The location served our purposes very nicely.
