The house was opposite the sea front and near the station and shops. Although the bedroom was very small it was beautifully decorated and light. The small space was thoughtfully arranged.Pleasant dining room. It was very quiet in the bedroom at the back of the house. Good breakfast.

The bedroom was very small and the shower room was also small.

Penny is an amazing host. We had ordered flowers, put them in the vase and even put up a happy birthday sign in the room. The breakfasts were fantastic. The room had everything we needed. The location is great, with the beach, bus and railway station within walking distance.

"Great place in Weymouth"

Lovely stay in Weymouth. Penny is a fantastic host, friendly and welcoming. The B&B is well thought out for ‘needs’ and design. The breakfast is made to order and very satisfying. Location is very good, though do need to walk about 5-10 minutes to get to what you may want to visit.

Clean room and comfortable bed 😊 family atmosphere. Penny is very nice an helpful person, when you go there, you have feeling as at home ☺️ Everything what you need, its in room already, big plus for small fridge! 10 min walk to centre, beach on other side , everything is close 🤩 Thank You for nice time spending there! 🤩😘 Magda & Csaba

Penny was the most wonderful welcoming host! The room was really clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Super thoughtful little touches everywhere and everything you would need for your stay such as toiletries. The breakfast was 10/10 and I will be thinking about penny’s parfait for a long time to come! 10 minute walk to the town centre but at the quieter end of the seafront. Perfect location. Will definitely book to stay again when I visit Weymouth in the future!

Minor downside is the parking but this is made super easy by penny’s clear instructions on where you can park nearby! No issues finding free on stress parking during my stay only a short walk from the b&b.
